Standard First Aid + CPR Certification
Part of my 100 Things Challenge: I've been certified in standard first aid and CPR a couple of times in my life for different reasons I can't recall. I know I was a teenager when I took my last course. I feel this challenge is an important one that everyone should do; you might be able to save the life of a loved one some day.

This course provides comprehensive First Aid & CPR techniques for those who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies in the home or workplace. A variety of topics are covered from basic first aid such as cardiovascular and breathing emergencies, CPR, prevention of disease transmission to more severe sudden medical conditions and injuries to the head and spine.
Comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Meets federal and a variety of provincial/territorial regulations for Standard First Aid and CPR. Exceeds competitors' standards by including injury prevention content, CPR and AED.
